Refund Policy:
No refunds for no show or early departure. One week notification for refund on cancellation during June, July, August Others: 48 hours. $15.00 handling fee on reservation stay 2 weeks or less. 10% handling fee on reservation stay 2 weeks and longer. Deposit Requirements: The deposit must be received with in two weeks from when the reservation is called in. 1 night - Paid in Full 50% deposit on longer stays. Balance due upon arrival Any bill that is due over 30 days is subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month and/or collection cost
