All deposits are required within 7 days of making reservations. Peak time reservations - June, July, August weekends and holiday weekends, require a full payment in advance. Off time reservations - 1 night deposit is required on stays of less than 7 days and 50% deposit on 7 days or longer. Credit card payment required on reservations taken 21 days or less prior to arrival. Mastercard, Visa and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Refunds are available on cancellations made 7 days or more prior to arrival date.
Gift Certificates issued when you cancel 6 days or less prior to arrival.
