Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
All Reservations require a 50% deposit of the total amount of your stay at the time of reservation.
The deposit of reservations made within 30 days of arrival date is a nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the arrival date in the off season, April - December.
90 Days prior during the season, January - April, to receive a refund minus $50 cancellation fee,
if the deposit was made by credit card, there is an additional 3% charge to cover merchant fees.
