Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
There will be a one night non-refundable deposit collected at the time of reservation for nightly or weekly stays, and a $100.00 non-refundable deposit for monthly stays. During holiday and special events, a three night minimum stay is required. For holiday or fair/festival weeks, a two week notice is required for cancellation or you will be charged for the full reservation. For all others, 48 hours notice is required or you will be charged for the full reservation.
