Reservation and Refund Policy:
One Night Deposit will be charged for all overnight reservations. 5 night or longer reservations will be charged a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. All payments are due in advance with no refunds for early check out. Deposits will be refunded if site is canceled at least 48 hours before arrival. If no call or no show, deposit will be forfeited.
