Cancellation:
Cancellations made prior to 31-days of the arrival date will receive a refund of 80% of the total lot charges including tax. Reservations cancelled 30- to 8-days before the arrival date will not be entitled to any refunds, but will be allowed to reschedule. Rescheduling must be made within the same calendar year. Reservations which are made 7-days or less of the arrival date will warrant no refunds or rescheduling. There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals, early departures, or insufficient notice of rescheduling.
