Refund less $15.00 fee is given if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. The full amount of the deposit will be forfeited if cancelled less than 14 days. Extended stays of more than 1 month requires a 60-day advance cancellation notice. Full amount of deposit will be forfeited if cancelled less than 60 days.
