Reservations/Cancellation Guidelines:
A deposit for first night will be charged to guest credit card when making reservation. Guest will receive a confirmation email once completed reservation. For cancellation, call 800-562-2470 before specific deadlines to receive deposit refund. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations made after specific deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required. Notify selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before scheduled arrival date.
Kamping Kabins: 7 days required. Notify selected KOA one week before scheduled arrival date.
Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with selected KOA Kampground location when making reservations.
Holidays and Event Weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with selected KOA for details.
Campground Cancellation Policy:
EXCEPTIONS to the KOA National Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
HOLIDAY weekends require a 2 night minimum stay, 7 days cancellation notice, cancellation fee is $20.00!
FOOTBALL/SPECIAL EVENTS require a 2 night minimum stay, 14 days notice of cancellation, fee is $20.00!
MONTHLY SITES require 14 days notice of cancellation, $20 fee, $100 deposit
Cancellations made less than the cancellation policy deadlines will become NON-REFUNDABLE and forfeiture of the deposit paid will result.
