The Indy KOA is 25 minutes from the famous Speedway and 15 minutes from the Children's Museum, Lucas Oil Stadium, and Indianapolis Zoo. The Indianapolis KOA is the place to be on race weekends for the Indy 500, Brickyard 400 and Moto GP. Campers can fuel up with breakfast before the high-octane excitement at the track.

Reservations/Information Guidelines:
A deposit for first night will be charged to guest credit card when making reservation. Guest will receive a confirmation email once completed reservation.
For cancellation, call 800-562-0531 before specific deadlines to receive deposit refund. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Reservations made after specific deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required. Notify selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before scheduled arrival date.
Kamping Kabins: 7 days required. Notify selected KOA one week before scheduled arrival date.
Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with selected KOA Kampground location when making reservations.
Holidays and Event Weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with selected KOA for details.
Campground Cancellation Policy:
For race weekends and holidays, require a non refundable deposit. Some sites also require a 3 night minimum stay. Failure to cancel will result in a 3 day charge. E-mail cancellations will not be accepted - call if plans change. Failure to cancel will result in a 3 night charge!! Due to the demand for event on weekends, the deposit is not refundable.
For lodges: For race and holiday weekends, the deposit is not refundable. Other times, deposit is returned with a 30 day notice. If less than 30 days notice is given, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Ensure plans are intact prior to making a reservation.
