Reservation & Payment Policies:
Guest Credit Card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival. Cancellations can be made online, click the "Cancel this Reservation" button and follow the instructions.To make changes to the reservation, call Reservation Department at (866 )562-3212 and specify the booking details. Cancellations made within 45 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of $25. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM PST of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.) In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed. Prices and Site type availability are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy:
If guest cancel reservation 45 days or longer (from the date of your arrival) Twin Mills Resort will refund guest money minus a $25.00 administrative fee or receive a full amount rain check, good for one year from the date of arrival. If guest cancel the reservation 8 to 44 days, from the date of arrival, guest will receive a full amount rain check, good for one year from the date of arrival. If guest cancel your reservation 7 days or less, from the date of arrival, there is no refund or raincheck. No Refunds for early departure.
