Reservation Policy:
Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the rental cost. Cash, check, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to guest reservation date, all deposits and fees are fully refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days from reservation date, deposits and fees are non-refundable. However, guest may rebook and those funds will be applied to next reservation. Guest may only reschedule one time. However, if cancellation occurs within 7 days of reservation date, deposits and fees are non-refundable, and no rebooking credit will be given.
