Reservation Policy:
Reservations are highly recommended. Guest credit card is processed on the day the reservation is made. Require payment in full at time of reservation.Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends require a three night minimum to book. Additonal charges may apply for weekend rental reservations.
Cancellation Policy:
Seasonal reservations and Holiday weekends are nonrefundable and are not eligible for a camping credit.
For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be returned as a camping credit less a $50.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy with Assurance Cancellation Protection:
For cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in, deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited.
