Reservation Policy:
Payment-full payment is due at the time of reservation. Payment-check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted for payment. Reservations without full payment are not guaranteed.
Early arrival or late departure-charged $3 per hour. Credit card- charges are processed when the reservation is taken. 10% Discounts accepted -Yogi Club Rewards Program, Good Sam, Senior Citizens or approved coupon specials. Camping Club USA-50% off campsite fee only. Good Sunday -Thursday. Excludes weekends & Holidays. Other fees may apply. To ensure an efficient check-in process for our guests, all reservations must be paid in full. Each guest who prepays in full will receive express check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Campsites:
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required on daily reservations. A 7 day cancellation notice is required on a reservation for holiday weekends. A $10 cancellation fee applies to all campsites.
Cabins:
A 14 day cancellation notice is required. A $10 cancellation fee applies to all cabin & trailer rentals.
Late Cancellations and no-shows are subject to full loss of your deposit. No refunds due to discomfort of nature, weather, illness or work schedule. REFUNDS are subject to management discretion. All refunds will be made by Credit Card or Check. (NO CASH REFUNDS) $10.00 cancellation fee will be deducted from each deposit at the time the cancellation is made. In order to qualify for a refund of your deposit, you must contact reservations within the the required time given.
