Prairie Creek Reservoir and Campground is a privately-owned water storage facility that is leased to the Muncie Parks & Recreation Department on a long-term basis. The reservoir and park area is made up of approximately 1275 acres of water and 750 land acres. 40 acres of the land have been dedicated as a wetland preserve. Water related activities and the campground facilities are the major focus of this park.
