Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
All reservations that are cancelled, moved, or transferred are subject to a fee of $10.00 per night, OR 20%, which ever is greater. Deposit is 50% of total reservation amount.
Deposits are refundable up to 60 days in advance, 30 - 59 days, the deposit will be applied as a credit to the total charges of a new reservation in the same calendar year with a new deposit required for that reservation. If cancellation is less than 30 days in advance, deposit is forfeited.
