Cancellation Policy:
Theres a two-week notice required for cancellations. Cancellation requests may be made by mail or email to: [email protected]. There is a $10 nonrefundable cancellation fee. The remainder may be used as credit toward camping with us at a later date during the current season only. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the reserved date are nonrefundable but may be rescheduled within the same season, less a $10 processing fee. Within 24 hours of the check-in date there will be no refunds and no rescheduling allowed for cancellations or no-shows. Your site will not be held for no-shows unless we hear from you by phone and/or email that you are still coming. You will be responsible for paying for all reserved nights. Inclement weather is not considered an emergency. Upon your arrival, you will be required to pay for the full number of days and guests for which you reserved. Payment must be made by cash or check. No credit cards.
