Reservation and Refund Policy:
Deposit of $20.00 per day with reservation and balance due on arrival. Deposit for three nights or less or three-day holiday weekends must be paid in full. Weekly and Monthly rates must be paid in full. Personal checks accepted for deposit only, cash, traveler's checks and credit cards accepted upon arrival. No refunds unless three weeks notice is received. No refunds on holiday weekends. No refunds for early departures. If reserving and paying deposit within three weeks of your arrival date, no refunds.
