Reservation and Refund Policy:
Reservations require 50% deposit (15 day notice required for cancellation refund, 30 days on Rental Units. $15.00 minimum service fee on refunds) Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day require payment in full and are non-refundable if cancelled. There are no refunds for early departure.
