Reservation Policy:
A deposit is required to guarantee all reservations. Holiday weekend reservations must be paid in full, 3 weeks in advance with 3 nights minimum.
Cancellation Policy:
One week (7 days) notice required for refund of a deposit or credit for the current season only. A handling fee of $10 will be deducted. Less than 7 days, no shows, late arrivals and early departures due to inclement weather or personal reasons will forfeit deposit and or charges. We can not be held responsible for weather or illness.
