Reservation Policy:
Deposit of $75.00 and $120.00 for holiday weekends is required. Balance payable upon arrival for period reserved.

Cancellation Policy:
A two (2) week advance notice is required for cancellation of reservation and refund of a deposit. Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
