Reservation policy:
A one night deposit is required for a reservation with the exception of Holiday Weekends. Holiday Weekends requires full payment in advance with a minimum of three nights. Weekend reservation requires 2 night minimum during peak season. All reservations must have a deposit made within 10 days of booking. With the exception of peak season and a deposit has to be made at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations will be subject to a handling charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made later than 7 days prior to arrival date, no shows or inclement weather or personal reasons. With the exception of peak season where there is no refund.
