A 50% deposit by check or credit card.

Cancellation:
Deposits are refundable with a notification 30 days or greater from your scheduled stay less an 8% cancellation fee. All reservations cancelled less than 30 days forfeit their deposit. There are no refunds for early departures or no shows.
