Reservation:
A $50.00 Deposit per site for reservations.
Holiday Weekend a $75.00 deposit per site.
Memorial and Labor Day a 3 night minimum is required.
4th of July and MEA Weekend a 2 night minimum is required.
Cancellation:
No refunds due to weather.
Must cancel 7 days prior to arrival date without getting charged.
Cancellation within 7 days of your arrival a full deposit will be charged.
If cancellation made on your arrival date or are a no show base rate for the date of stay will be charged.
Reservation can be reschedule with no penalty with a minimum of 3 day notice.
