Reservation:
A deposit equal to the first night of stay will be collected. Balance is due upon check-in.
A two night stay is required on weekends; three nights on a holiday weekend.
You may also use their online booking form.

Cancellation:
Any change to the reservation or a cancellation will incur a minimum $5 fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 100% of the scheduled stay.
No refunds due to poor weather, work obligations, or any other reason.
