Deposit: One night's rate will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.
Deposit-Holidays: The total amount due, for your reservation, will be taken (as a deposit) at the time a reservation is booked.
Reservation Changes We charge a $10 Change Fee for any changes made to an existing reservation.
Guarantee Site Fee When booking your reservation we will assign you a campsite based on the campsite type you select. If you want a specific campsite, and it is available, you can reserve it with a $10 Guarantee Site Fee. This fee is non refundable.
Cancellations Notification. All cancellations must be done via email. The email must be date/time stamped by the minimum days listed below to be eligible for a refund. Email to [email protected].
Cancellations - Campsites: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel eight (8) or more days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel seven (7) days or less of your arrival date your full deposit is forfeited.
Cancellations - Holidays: We will return your deposit minus a $10 service charge if you cancel thirty (30) or more days before your arrival date. We do not refund holiday deposits on cancellations made twenty-nine (29) days or less of your arrival date.
Please make sure you schedule your holiday reservations carefully.
Cancellations - No Show: Guests failing to contact us to cancel their reservation (with the required time, listed above) will be considered a 'No Show'. 'No Show' are subject to the same cancellation policies.
