Reservation Policy:
A One Night Advance Deposit is required to guarantee all non-holiday reservations. Holiday Advance Deposits: $35 for RV Sites; Payment of ALL FEES is required for Cabin reservations. Minimum Stay Required for Holiday Weekends: 3 nights. A 2-night minimum stay is required for Cabins for all non-holiday weekend stays. Your credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover) will be charged the amount of deposit on the day the reservation is made. Credit Card receipts will be held and presented at registration. Check deposits must be received within 5 days of the request for reservation or the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Reservation Requests made via email or the Internet are not confirmed until a deposit is made and you received a confirmation/response from the park. Reservations made through our on-line partners, Friends Reservations or RV Tripsetter require that all fees be paid at the time the reservation is made. Confirmations will be sent from either site to you via email. Please note that our 3 and 7 day rates, or special event rates, do not apply when reservations are made through one of our on-line partners. Please contact the park directly to make Cabin reservations or take advantage of our 3 and 7 day rates. While we strive to reserve requested sites, we do not guarantee specific sites, only site types. Reservations cannot be made through our on-line partners for Monthly Reservations. Monthly reservation policy differs.
Cancellation Policy:
Non-Holiday Cancellation:
Cancellation Fee: $10 RV Sites - by 11am the day prior to arrival date. Cabin - by 11am 3 days prior to arrival date.
Holiday Cancellation:
RV Sites - by 11am 7 days prior to arrival date with a $10 Cancellation Fee. Cabin - by 11am 14 days prior to arrival date with a $35 Cancellation Fee. Deposit is forfeited with less than the required notice. Failure to arrive by 8am the day following your stated arrival date, or to notify the park by close of business the date of arrival consitutes a NO SHOW status. The site will be released and the deposit retained.
Change Fee: One FREE change of dates per reservation. Each additional change will result in an additional $5 fee (per change).
