Reservation Policy:
When making a reservation, the reservation should be paid in full by MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
We cannot guarantee a reservation without a minimum payment equivalent to one night’s stay.
If a guest cannot pay in full, the minimum due to guarantee the reservation is the equivalent of one night's stay, leaving the balance due upon arrival.
If a guest doesn't have a credit card, we must receive the paid-in-full amount or the equivalent of one night’s stay via mail in the form of a traveler’s check, money order or cashier’s check within 5 business days of booking the reservation. If a guest cannot make a payment, we cannot guarantee the reservation. The sites will be on a first come/first serve basis upon arrival.
If for some reason a guest’s travel plans change and the guest is unable to keep the reservation, the guest can reschedule the reservation based on availability for no additional fee, or cancel the reservation and our cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellation Policy:
If canceled 30 or more days out from the check-in date:
- the guest can reschedule the reservation for another date, based on availability for no additional charge, OR
- the guest will receive a refund of the amount prepaid less a processing fee of $7.50.
If canceled less than 30 days out from the check-in date:
- the guest can reschedule the reservation for another date, based on availability for no additional charge, OR
- a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged, and the balance will be refunded.
