Cancellation Policy:
You must notify office by 11:00 am seven (7) full days in advance to receive a refund less a $10 service charge. Cancellation that is less than 7 days prior to arrival is forfeited (no refunds).
You can avoid a service charge if you roll your reservation to another date, but it must be by September 30th of the same year your reservation was made.
No-shows will forfeit.
If river is closed due to flooding prior to your arrival you will receive a refund less $5 service charge or a rain check is given to be used by September 30th of the same year your reservation was made.
No refunds for early departure, inclement weather or site change
