Reservations:
For RV sites, a deposit equal to the first night's rent is due at time of reservation for all RV sites. A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation for cabins.

Cancellations:
For RV sites cancellations or date changes must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund minus a $10.00 processing fee. For cabins, cancellations or changes must be made at least 60 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund minus a $50.00 processing fee.
