Reservations:
A deposit equal to the charge for the first night rent will be made by check or charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. Effective during the 4th of July holiday, a two night stay is required with a two night deposit which is nonrefundable.
Cancellations:
If cancellation request is made 10 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be credited with the deposit fee less a $5 cancellation fee. If cancellation request is made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departure. No refunds will be given for poor weather conditions - there are some things over which we have no control. A no-call, no show will result in the entire deposit being forfeited. Deposits will not be rolled over to any future stay (this season or next).
