For one night, the deposit is the price of the night prior to tax. For more than one night, the deposit is 50% of the total stay prior to tax.

Cancellations:
3 weeks notice, $25.00 and first night rent prior to tax. Less than 3 weeks there are no refunds. A cancellation fee of $25.00 is charged for each unit reserved.
