Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Credit card required to guarantee reservations. All lodging costs are paid upon arrival. Cabin reservations for summer must be for at least two (2) days. Holidays, packages and groups require 50% down in advance. Eagle Canyon Hideaway can’t guarantee weather conditions and lake level, there are no refunds or transfers on cancellations except with a 30-day cancellation notice (60-days for holidays, groups and packages). If failure to give notice of cancellation before above time period a late cancellation fee will be assessed, one night charge if guest cancel, change, or shorten the stay (3 nights for holidays). Add $10.00 per person, per day when guest exceed the number of people specified for that cabin and $15.00 per day per tent by cabins or RV sites.
