Loup Power District operates and maintains five parks and recreation areas containing 265 acres of land and 1,100 acres of water. One of them is the Loup Park, a 31 acres along the north and west shores of Lake Babcock and one of the best known family camping facilities. Electrical hook-ups and primitive camping available during the summer at no charge.
