Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:
A deposit for the first night will be charged to guest credit card when making the reservation. Guest will receive a confirmation email once completed the reservation. For cancellation, call (800) 562-0850 before these deadlines to receive deposit refund. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required. Notify selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before the scheduled arrival date.
Kamping Kabins: 7 days required. Notify selected KOA one week before the scheduled arrival date.
Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with selected KOA Kampground location when making reservations.
Holidays and Event Weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with selected KOA for details.
Campground Cancellation Policy:
State Fair Reservation/Cancellation Policy for all reservations effective 8/24 thru 9/3/12. A deposit for the full stay will be charged to guest credit card when you making reservation.
Cancellation made 14 days or less from guest scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of all deposits for all RV/Tent sites. Cancellation made after JULY 31, 2012 (9:00pm CDT) will result in forfeiture of all deposits for all Kamping Kabins, Kamping Kottage and Studio Lodges.
Cancellation made prior to these deadlines will result in full refund of all deposits minus the first nights stay and $10 administrative fee.
