Loup Power District operates and maintains five parks and recreation areas containing 265 acres of land and 1,100 acres of water. One of them is Headworks Park, a 17 acres with ATV riding area located on adjacent District property. The park offers a lake for swimming and camping in a naturalist area with plant and wildlife in abundance.
