Reservations/Cancellation Guidelines:
A deposit for the first night will be charged to guest credit card when making the reservation. Guest will receive a confirmation email once completed the reservation. For cancellation, call (800) 562-1873 before these deadlines to receive deposit refund. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required. Notify selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before the scheduled arrival date.
Kamping Kabins: 7 days required. Notify selected KOA one week before the scheduled arrival date.
Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with selected KOA Kampground location when making reservations.
Holidays and Event Weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with selected KOA for details.
