Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:
A deposit for the first night will be charged to guest credit card when making the reservation. Guest will receive a confirmation email once completed the reservation. For cancellation, call (800) 562-1632 before these deadlines to receive deposit refund. All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required. Notify selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before the scheduled arrival date.
Kamping Kabins: 7 days required. Notify selected KOA one week before the scheduled arrival date.
Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with selected KOA Kampground location when making the reservations.
Holidays and Event Weekends may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with selected KOA for details.
Campground Cancellation Policy:
Multiple days reserved are required to be paid for in full at the time of check in. If guest do not wish to pay for all days reserved, it will be considered as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.
