Deposits 50% deposit needed on day, week and monthly reservations. Weekend, Holiday and Special Weekends to be paid in full at time of reservation, No exceptions.
You have 7 days prior to cancel at no charge. If you cancel within the 7 days of your stay, it is a $15 charge. If you cancel or do not show up on the day of your stay, one night charge. If a holiday/special event weekend, no matter when you cancel, there is a whole weekend charge no refunds.
If you have a site preference, we will make a reasonable effort to honor it. However, we cannot guarantee for less than 1 week reservation.
