Reservation:
In order to guarantee your site, we require a deposit when all reservations are made. Deposits are equal to either one night or 25% of the total reservation (whichever amount is higher). We may require a 2 night minimum on weekends or during special events depending on availability.
Cancellation:
We have a seven-day cancellation notice policy. If a reservation is cancelled 7 or more days prior to the arrival date, a refund of your deposit will be given (minus a 10% processing fee, which is non-refundable). Refunds are not issued for reservations that are cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date.
