Reservations are required.
A 3-night minimum stay is required on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends. For the Keene Pumpkin Festival, we require a 2-night minimum stay.
A 50% deposit is required when making reservation; holidays and the Keene Pumpkin Festival require prepayment in full and are non-refundable.
