Reservations:
One night deposit is required to reserve site except holiday weekends, must be paid in full 3 weeks in advance or held with a credit card.

Cancellations:
The management uses credit card information to guarantee each reservation. Payment is made upon check in (except for holidays - pay in full 45 days in advance). If the guest decides to cancel 14 days or more prior to arrival, each are subject to a $15 cancellation fee. If the guest decides to cancel less than 14 days in advance, the management will charge the first night of the reservation. No show, no cancellation and the guest will be automatically be charged for full reservation. Holidays are non-refundable for any reason.
