Reservation/Deposit Policy:
Minimum three day reservation for Holidays, Three day base fee. Other periods: One day base fee.

Cancellations/Refunds:
A two week cancellation notice is required for holidays and major weekends. All other periods, a 24 hr notice is required. In either case, a $5 handling fee will be assessed.
