Reservations/Deposit Policy:
Deposit for a non-holiday reservation is 50% of total fee. Deposit for a holiday reservation is payment in full. Deposits must be received within 7 days. All returned checks will be charged a fee of $25.00.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations made 14 days prior to date of arrival, the full fee is refundable. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to date of arrival, the full fee less one day's fee will be refunded. No refunds due to inclement weather.
