Reservations/Deposits:
All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay. Reservations are not guaranteed until deposit is received. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover or you may mail us a money order. Credit cards are processed when reservation is taken for your deposit. Money orders must be received within 7 days of the reservation being made or it will be subject to cancellation. There is a three (3) night minimum for all holiday weekends. No discounts apply to holidays, special event weekends or already discounted rates.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of reservations require a 7 day notice for a refund less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are non-refundable. Deposits of reservations cancelled on the scheduled arrival date will be forfeited. If there is no advance notification, deposits of non-arrival guests will be forfeited and the site will be released without notice. Sorry, but we do not give refunds due to illness, work schedule changes, inclement weather, voluntary departure, acts of nature or eviction.
