Cancellation Policy:
Special Event periods have a "No Cancellation" Policy. Cancellation of reservations must be made prior to 7 days of arrival to avoid cancellation fees. All cancellations made within the 7 days prior to arrival date will be assessed a cancellation fee: 1 night stay = full amount due, 2 nights or more (non-holiday periods) = 50% of total, Holidays or Special Event Periods = 100% of total. Long-term reservations of seven (7) nights or more and special event periods require a non-refundable deposit which will be charged to your credit card at the time your reservation is made.
