Reservation Policies:
Reservations are made year-round and up to one year in advance. All holiday weeks require a 2-night stay. All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit. The deposit is the base rate of your first night's stay. We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover or you may mail us a money order. We do not accept Personal Checks. Credit cards are processed when reservation is taken for your deposit. A reservation is not considered complete until you have received a confirmation # from us. We will make every effort to reserve the site you request, but we cannot guarantee specific sites. Sites will only be held until 11 a.m.the day after your arrival date. There are no refunds for no shows. There are no refunds for early departures after check-in.

Cancellation Policies:
All reservations require 5 days advance notification prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $5 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made over the phone with verification of the last 4 digits of your credit card number. You must call by 4 p.m. E-mails or voice mails are not acceptable. There are no refunds for reservations made after or within the cancellation period. There is a $5 fee for changing the dates of your reservation at any time. (There is no extra charge for adding days to your reservation.) If you are changing the arrival date of your reservation and do not give us 5 full day's notice, it is essentially a cancellation of the first day, and no refund will be given for that night's deposit.
