Reservations/Deposits:
50% deposit required within 7 days of making your reservation. The balance is due at check-in. Deposits can be made by credit card or check. There is a $25.00 charge for returned checks. Final payment may be made by cash or credit card. Checks will not be accepted at check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made 60 days prior to arrival date. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days of arrival date, no refund will be issued unless the reserved cabin is re-rented and paid for in full for the cancelled date. In all cases, a $50 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations.
