Reservation:
A reservation requires a 1 night deposit (2 nights deposit for holidays and special events).

Cancellation:
Your deposit is forfeited if canceling 7 days or less prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival for Holidays and special events there is a 2 night charge. Cottages require a 2 night non refundable deposit at time of reservation; if you cancel any time for the cottages you lose your deposit. There are no refunds for early departures or inclement weather. We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations, therefore our cancellation policies are enforced regardless of circumstance. There are special rates and cancellation policies for the Ironman Triathalon in July. Call for details. For Reservation changes, fees will apply.
