Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
All holiday reservations must be paid in full in advance. All holiday reservations must have 14 day cancellation notice and forfeit one night's deposit. All reservations other than holidays must have 5 days cancellation notice and pay a $10.00 service charge. All reservations in month of July and October must have 14 days cancellation notice and forfeit one night's deposit. No refunds for early departures.
