Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
To guarantee a confirmed reservation, we require a 50% deposit (100% for 1-night stays), in the form of a check or money order. The deposit is due within 7 days of making the reservation. The balance is due at check in, via cash, checks, and traveler's checks. Ash Grove Mountain Cabins and Camping cannot accept credit or debit cards in the office. Close-in reservations and holiday reservations may require online payment via a free, secure payment service (PayPal). Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to arrival date, Ash Grove Mountain Cabins and Camping will refund the deposit, minus a $10 service charge. There is no refund for campsite cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival date, or for holiday reservations made 1 month or less prior to arrival date (holidays are Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. Failure to show or early departures due to weather, fire bans, etc, will receive no refund.
